Vendor Information

The MUMC Annual Bazaar is held each year in October. The Bazaar is held at the Magnolia United Methodist Church. The Bazaar features Barbeque, Arts, Crafts, Bake Sale and a Silent Auction, along with multi outside Vendors. RETURN YOUR REGISTRATION FORM AND PAYMENT TO SECURE A SPACE. MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO MAGNOLIA UNITED METHODIST WOMEN. (MUMW)

There are approximately 26 inside spaces which are about 8 foot by 10 foot. The charge for an inside space is $40.00 You may purchase more than one if additonal space is required. You may bring your own set up or you may rent tables for an additional $10.00 each. Limited electricity may also be rented for $5.00 per plug for inside spaces. You must bring a heavy duty 50 foot orange extension cord for each plug that you rent.

There are approximately 7 spaces available on the outside Pavilion. These spaces are 10 foot by 10 foot. The charge for a Pavilion space is $35.00 (No table rental or electricity is available on the Pavilion).

Lawn Spaces are available and are approximately 10 foot by 10 foot. The charge for a Lawn Space is $30.00 You may rent more than one if additional space is required for your set up. (No tables or electricity are available outside).

A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks. No refunds on cancelled spaces after September 1, 2010. No refunds will be given because of rain or other weather conditions.

All Vendors need to sign in at the Vendor Registration Table as soon as you arrive for Space Assignment. Inside set up will be Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM and Saturday from 7 AM to 9 AM for inside and outside set up. Vendor spaces assignments will not be available until the Firday before the Bazaar.

A donation to the Silent Auction is not required but would be greatly appreciated. We do not charge admission to the Bazaar nor do we take a percentage of your sales. We do reserve the right to ask that you not sell items that are in poor taste for a Church Bazaar.
